- How long can I keep a dumpster?
- As long as you need it. The standard rental is 7 days. After that, extensions are billed at a daily rate. There's no maximum rental period — we work with contractors on jobs that run for months.
- How do swap-outs work?
- When your container is full (or close to it), call us before 3 PM. We schedule a haul for the full bin and deliver a fresh empty one, often in the same pull. You're billed per haul — delivery, pickup, and weight.
- Is there a volume discount for multiple hauls?
- Yes — contractors and property managers with recurring accounts often qualify for reduced per-haul pricing. Call us to discuss your volume and we'll put together a fair rate.
- Can I have multiple containers on the same site?
- Absolutely. Construction sites often run two or three containers at once for different waste types. We coordinate multi-container delivery and staggered swap schedules.
- Do I need a contract for a long-term account?
- No long-term contract required. We work on a per-haul basis. You pay for delivery, rental, and pickup each cycle — no commitment beyond the current active bin.
